Beowulf is a man that fights evil with his strength, sword and an army of men. Today’s modern heros fight evil with powers that they have recived and typically fight as team with other people with powers. A similarity between the two is that they are both fighting evil and fighting to save everyday people.
I think that the lesson that you can take away from this unit is that you don’t have to be a super hero to fight to do what is right. You can fight to do what is right as an everyday person and still make a difference.
