In both Beowulf and Field of Dreams both charaters followed their instincts. People doubted them on their jouney but they continued anyways. Field of Dreams the setting is in Brooklyn NY and Beowulf takes place in Denmark. In Beowulf most of thier journey took place on foot and on boat. In Field of Dreams their journey took place in a car.
A tragic flaw in Field of Dreams is that they almost loose their farm because of the baseball field. In Beowulf his tragic flaw is that he dies at the end.
