Canterbury Tales

In the Canterbury Tales most of the religious peolpe have greed. One for example is the Pardoner that sold fake relics to poor people so he could keep the money for himself. Another example is the the Nun who did not share her left over food with the peoplein need but gave the food to her dogs. The Nun also bought nice jewelry for her self instead of bying the poor nice things. Last example is the Friar who did nasty things to young girl.

I believe that greed is the still the root of evil because as soon as people get rich they are still wanting more money and will do prety much anything to get more money. Another reason why I believe greed is the root of evil is because people will kill other people and will kill spouse for life insurance.
